Why did the BBC choose to simulate BBC Knowledge on Mux 1 when they could have used the capacity to use extra interactive features.
ie better interactive Walking With Beasts etc.

Then closer to the time when BBC Knowledge is due to leave Mux A then start broadcasting BBC Knowledge from Mux 1.
