Is there a new adult “Late Night” on demand selction?

What is your opinion on Virgin Media using CUTV to put some of their adult content on CUTV in the form of shows on Bravo like ‘Sin Cities: Porn vs Art’ and ‘Sin Cities: Porn Virgins’?

There is no PIN-protection from seeing the descriptions or the names of these shows, and I’m not sure about you but every person in this house knows our PIN and could easily end up viewing content that is definately not suitable for them!

There are other shows like ‘Shock Video’ which really is apparently quite shocking and this is listed on CUTV next to ‘Big Barn Farm’ on CBeebies!

Do you think VM should reserve these shows to a different folder or category or does it not bother you whether young children see words like ‘Porn’ and lead to some awkward questions? Is the PIN meant to be the lock on these shows and so letting your kids know it is poor form?

Just wanted to know, what are hte adult channels like? GF was gonna pay to see it, but I wanted to know is it any good?

Can you subscribe to the Adult channel or Television X via a credit card. If so, does it appear on any ITVdigital invoices etc, do they send any letters out, if they do are they addressed to the ITVdigital subscriber of the porn subscriber?

Why all the fuss?

If you like ITVd,why not ask these ’sky people’ who slag it off their reasons?
But if all your answer is ‘ITVd is great’,then you aint any better than they are.

There are many faults to ITVd,mostly down to a rushed out product so that DTT could launch at the same time as Sky Digital.

But ITVd in my opinion shoud be judged against (what was) analogue sky.It is a great achievement to get these extra channels thru a normal tv ariel.

Did anyone think this would be possible 10 years ago.

The question,though,is there a big enough demand forpay tv thru an ariel?
With correct marketing and use of bandwith,the answer should surely be yes.

There are many things holding back the development of DTT in this country,as to whether Carlton/Granada is the answer,to being a real rival to BskyB remains to be seen.

On the phone to Plymouth today, asking as usual when we might get some good channels and lo and behold there will be more porn, as opposed to something everyone wants…Living…Bravo…etc.
It’s going to be another Onrequest channel apparently, but they wouldn’t tell me when it would launch. D’oh!
