I finally settle down to watch S1 of The Wire on VOD, safe in the knowledge that it had loads of days left (when I checked a few weeks ago) and it’s gone again. This time i think they had the whole series listed rather than just odd episodes.
Is there any rhyme or reason to when Virgin delete content from VOD? The Wire definitely had plenty of time left but all trace of it has gone.
I watched it last night for around an hour from 11PM and expected some decent videos like i saw a week ago. Instead it was pop, and Hits playlist pop at that. The Strokes was the only exception.
What are they doing?
Just watching TMF and they played Holly Valance, the new pink song(Family Portrait) then Busted (What I goto school for), unfortunatly I’ve gotta goto work now so I can’t keep checking up on it to see if its true, also to be honest its after 10pm Im bothered about….maybe it was technical or licencing problems after all!

Just done a “Store Channels” on my ex-ITVd Phillips box and have noticed that the Now/Next function is worked between the Muxes – sort of!
It seems to only work from an ITV/C4/ITV2 channel (Mux2). For BBC1 etc (Mux1) all it says is “BBC Programme Information”. For five (and the rest of MuxA), I’m getting full, up-to-date information. The only fly in this ointment is that for BBC Four (now on Mux B?), I get nothing, nadda, not a saussage.
Still, something is better than nothing!
MUX D Back again in Belfast Davis. This is showing the old channels that where on ITVD before they closed. They were removed a few weeks ago.
What satellite are claiming there are no less than 60 bidders for all (or part) of ITV Digital. 
(All of which explains why they’ve not (as yet) actually sold it)!
Hi y’all…
I’m getting reception probs with my Digibox up in Bradford. Basically two of the ITVd muxes have a weak signal and keep breaking up – but when I put my hand round the aerial lead the picture clears up!
As its a bit difficult for me to keep my hand there when I’m watching anything on the TV (unless I sever it I suppose 
), would a ferrite ring help my problem?
