Or are you like me and don’t even check it anymore. I’m so bored of the HD ‘content’ and i’ve only used it twice in the last few months and both of those were to watch Peep show again!
Seeing as VM state huge figures for on demand, yet this forum is quiet most of the time, and the only threads are to moan about lack of content or mixed up seasons and episodes missing. I’m wondering how much people can actually get out of the service.
So how often do you use it and when was the last time?

I’ve just booked an upgrade to go with my existing 10mb broadband – XL TV, V+Box and M phone (£39) and was given the offer price of £49 for installation/one off fee.
But when do I actually pay this – I presume when they’ve actually installed it…?

I’ve been with virgin media for two years now, my boyfriend rang up to set up a direct debit a few weeks back and they offered us a broadband upgrade for £3.50. We took them up on the offer and everything has been fine until today.
We got our bill this morning and they’d overcharged us. We have a 3 for £30 deal and were supposed to be paying an extra £3.50 on top of that. Instead they’ve changed our deal completely so that the whole thing adds up to £47. When we rang up they said theres nothing they can do, so we asked to be put through to the cancellation department and they said we couldn’t cancel because they’ve just signed us up to another 12 month contract.
They won’t listen to us at all now and keep insisting that this is the way it has got to stay for at least 12 months.

Hello!
I’m moving flat and my installation date is set for tomorrow. When I arranged to move I was told the services in my current flat would switch off Sunday morning.
Well, here I am, watching Sky 1 and posting on DS; has something gone pear shaped? My installations with Virgin have never ever been straight forward! Should I phone them tomorrow when the lines open to check it’s all okay still?
Hope someone can reply and settle my nerves, I do a lot of my work online so problem could cost me quite a bit of money!
Thank you!

As I continue to use my old ONDigital Pioneer box to view Freeview I was wondering if any of the people who have bought an new STB since the launch of Freeview could tell me if the box has one or more encryption card slots? If so . . . why?
