Just wondering if anyone has rang Grant Thornton? Was going to do it from work on Friday but didn’t have time.

If S4C is financed from its advertising revenue and a fixed annual grant from the UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport, then why does not Scotland, Ireland or even the Cornish get a grant like wise?
