I am currently on a grand tripple package with L BB, XL TV, M Phone, this comes in at £44. I phoned up and was told I could have XXL broadband for an extra £10 (£80 install fee 
)
When I went to selfcare it said XXL was £52 (extra £27) – so which one is correct and is there anyway to reduce the install fee (will it come down in the future??)

if you watch say itv and you nip out the room or watching sky sports and dont want to miss a goal while you nip out the room you would normally press pause on your v+ remote,you can then press play and watch from when you paused and also rewind back again to where you started pause from……tonight i had been watching tv and went to press pause but knocked rewind ….it now seems to rewind form when i put the channel on!!!!! no need to pause it .has it always been like this? it seems to work on all channels

After ITV net player was rolled out to virgin v+ we were promised that there would be selesct shows in HD..well where are these shows? i cannot find them anywhere,all i can see is the normal itv shows.
Also we were promised 4 new HD cahennels about 3 months ago and were slated to appear by now but again nothing? any news on this?
We’ve just had to re-negotiate our current pricing with VM. We’ve walked away with the exact same services as we had before but got the price brought down further however I still feel we’ve maybe been hard done by.

With the introduction of mixed mode operation it paves for the way for a paylite element.
Both the pace dvta and nokia 221t have subscription card access and i suspect this can be upgraded to secc2.
This will allow 12 channels to be carried on digital 3&4 plus mux A.
I would like to see ch4 bring back both E4 and Film 4 both of which are quality products, this would mean digital 3&4 would be full also carrying itv1, itv2 and itv news.
Mux A has the potential to carry six channels, ch5, qvc(regional options) and tv travel shop. TTS could be dropped in favour of a channel which could create greater revenues. This would leave the ability to add 3 possible 4 channels to Mux A.
SDN should get together with SKY & Ch4 to re-introduce a limited, obvious contenders would be SKY One, Discovery, Paramount and UK Gold.
Also I would like to see TCM on the platform 24*7 and not split between Boomerang and CNN.
Is Pay TV Comming to freeview by any chance soon?

Anyone else using Mendip lost Channel 5 et al, or do I have a problem? It was fine until the last few days. I’ve rescanned channels and it didn’t find them at all, not even a broken up pic.
We dont need any smart answers like ” well its free isnt it” or “better than nothing “, but ……why have
3 news channels ( 1 is perhaps enough)
2 pop music channels (1 is again perhaps enough)
2 shopping channels ( zero is the right amount)
looking at sky digitals choice of free services , why cant we have
1)reality tv
2) tcm (where did it and Boomerang go)?
3) boomerang
4) classic fm tv
5) some of the better ’simplychannels’(nature/nostalga/einstein)
6)channel health
7)some asian channel for our asian friends
Thats seven better uses of the existing full time multiplex useage.
