I can’t remember the last time a new series was added in the high definition VOD section or in the more on demand section.

For a company that is allegedly concentrating on supplying VOD rather thatn linear HD channels, you would think that the library would me updated at least weekly.

Virgin will never catch Sky where HD linear channels are concerned, so why not hit them were it hurts and beef up the HDVOD section.

Does anyone know when itv be comeing on demand?

My box keeps resetting itself, e.g in one 1 hour recording it crashed four times. On demand doesn’t work as it says unavailable in this area, yet on the multiroom box it works fine. The screen also stops randomly and goes blue (as if nothing is plugged in) and then resumes. The box itself though acts as if nothing has happened. Any advice? Is my box dead and if so is there a charge for replacement?

I ordered a wireless router from VM before Christmas. They use UPS to courier it and if you are not able to take delivery in 3 attempts they return to sender. For various reasons I couldn’t, so bought one elsewhere and let them return it. A couple of bills came and no refund. Rang CS and got the brush off (takes a while/we have no way of knowing it’s been returned blah blah). Latest bill arrives, still nothing. E-mail them Friday night and get a reply today saying they’ve recredited my account with £47 (i’d only asked for £40 which was less the postage which I was happy to forgo).

First time i’ve e-mailed customer services and nice to know it works!

Who would of thought MTV buys a dutch music channel then a year and a half later its Launched onto The UK’s New Freeview Platform!!

I watched it last night for around an hour from 11PM and expected some decent videos like i saw a week ago. Instead it was pop, and Hits playlist pop at that. The Strokes was the only exception.

What are they doing?

when did tivd close i carn’t remenber ,cos if it’s more than a year, then they ask for my box back they just have run out of time ,cos i think 1 year is more than (a reasonable time ) and that’s what the law requires.
