Has anyone had problems with Music, Video and movies on demand not loading.
Been trying to access on demand since tea time today and 1930 still no look.Tried re booting but still the same.

I’m thinking of buying a relative a Goodmans DT adaptor as a Christmas gift. I’ve tried the postcode on the Freeview website and it said “Freeview doesn’t cover your area” then I tried the one on the DTG site and it said “NO, not all channels available”.
Our aerial is pointing in the opposite direction to most people in our road due to a line of trees and a hill behind our house. When we had our aerial replaced last December, I asked the installer about why we couldn’t get channel Five and I think he said it was because we were getting our signal from a relay and not the main transmitter. Neighbours whos aerials point to the main transmitter do get Five.
My question is, what are the chances of getting Freeview in Kidderminster? I would appreciate any advice.
Good heavens! Tonight’s BBC East Midlands news was in proper widescreen. And a quick check via satellite revealed that the West Midlands news (which the Beeb still insist on labelling ‘Midlands’) was still in crappy 14:9!
No offence intended to our friends in the West, but I think even they would agree that it’s about time the East got SOMETHING first. I think this is unprecedented – unless someone can give me a prior example…

Damnit, no Socom III for me then till Feburary.
i had an email and a phone call from tw confirming i am on the 10meg broadband and our area west brom has been upgraded i used the connection and i was still on 2meg i phoned them back aand they done checks and the geeza on the phone said
“oh sorry mate u have been upgraded to the 10meg service but you have to wait another 4 weeks until they update the uvr equipment ” how dumb i then asked in the mean while can i be put on the 4meg and he said sorry cnt do that
wot a joke oh well have to wait another 4 weeks
anyone from the midlands actually got there 10meg working ?

I’m in Wolves – had a big update on my box a couple of nights ago, it rebooted, and as far as I can tell there’s nothing changed.
