Not sure if this is the right forum…
There’s a promo for The Sopranos running on Virgin OnDemand at the moment, and I want to know the name of the piece of classical music used. It’s the promo that contrasts Tony’s real family with his mob family, at one point it comes up with “good father or Godfather”, and for Carmella it says “wife, mother, enabler?”.
Can anyone help?

On the TasteCFN Channel, ITV have started broadcasting a 10minute ITV Digital Promotion Video with Monkey. It goes through the Benefits of ITV Digital and what you can get from their service and it actually makes it seem like a good service. Hopefully a few new Channels in the next few weeks should set them on the right track

well a long list of shows, and only 1 thing worth watching, and even that is going to be cut short and really look awful with the ITV 2 DOG.
American Idol (again ? )
Bionic Woman (really whats the point, its all but axed)
Coleen Real Women (a TV show about some pointless dumb blonde, christ is Jordan not enough )
and finally Supernatural, something worth watching, even if its only going to get 12 episodes, and its use of, dark colours is going to be completely ruined by the bright green ITV 2 DOG

Just watched the first episode of Saxondale (bbc2) off PVR and I was amazed to see an IPP literally seven seconds before the credits rolled.
When they did roll within a few seconds the familiar BBC credits zoom-around took place showing the viewer what is coming next again, with a voice-over too, just in case the viewer is a monkey.
Is this a concerted effort by broadcasters to drive away viewers? Or are they just insane

It had the lettering for the BBC1 logo from the ’70s (’BBC 1 Colour’)
and a man standing up, indicating with gestures that he was sad;
this was followed by a brief scene where another man got beaten up on a street corner.
I had no idea whether this was cunnily promoting an upcoming programme,
or just something cheap (and baffling) to fill up air time.
I didn’t even know what it was about, or what to make of it.
Did anyone see this, and if so, did they make sense of it?
