Any chance of Hallmark being added to TV Choice OD as I am missing L&O: Special Victims Unit because I can’t watch it everynight at 10 but would love to watch a few hours of it one night a week.
That is the only downside to me just having Virgin…the other shows on offer are fab, they have a huge selection of kids and music stuff and things can only get better!!

the idea of vod is great but the implementation sucks!
i fell asleep watching star trek so tried watching it last night on catchup. unfortunately theres no jump-to feature like you get with the v+ and i was forced to spend 10 minutes whilst it forward wound at about 4x speed. Then i couldnt get it to stop!! no about of button pushing for a good minute would stop it and it stopped at the end!….
another try, another 9 minutes of my life i decide to try and stop it earlier. same problem, it eventually stops 5 minutes from the end of the program so i try rewinding at which point it pops up amessage saying the on demand service is temporalily unavailable ffs
third time, i have now spent half hour and i might as well have just watched the damn program from the beginning – crashed again after taking at least 20 seconds to stop at which point i gave up. 
My first and last time of using On demand – only ever used iplayer before this so i guess it back to that
had a day off from work yesterday so thought i would watch said above program watched the first 3 ep then watching the 4 one 8 min in it goes off go to the 5th one 16 min in it goes off what a waste of my time

I have this week moved from BT Vision to Virgin Media, and was surprised to find that FIVE’s on-demand service, “Demand FIVE”, is not available on VM.
Does anyone know if this is likely to change in the near future?

Is it possible to get in touch with the Virgin VOD team to report an error in the VOD section?
The problem is the wrong programme plays when I select the one I want. It is obviously just down to human error – a tech has mislabled a file, or linked it wrongly…
The call centre in India have no clue and just take me through a list of stupid fault questions that have no relevance to my enquiry.
The last guy I spoke to just blatently lied and said, “Yes, we are aware of the error with this programme”, without even asking me what the programme was!
I went through this with them last year and just gave up after wasting an hour of my time.
You would have thought they would want to know when the wrong programme is playing out! Surely they could get in trouble because of rights issues?
Any contact details would be appreciated.

We’ve been looking at moving and we started our VIP Contract in March/April, however we might be moving to a location thats not served by cable unfortunatly, however we’d be interested in Virgin National service, what would happen if this happens?
