Is This (www.thehits.tv) The Hits Website?

I know it’s not much.. but the f TN website has launched at the following address.

www.ftn.tv

in the FAQ section of the Freeview website (http://www.freeview.co.uk/faqs/index.html) under Will I have to replace my existing TV? it states:

“No. The digital TV adapter just plugs into the back of your existing TV and converts your digital signals into analogue. If you want to, you can buy an iDTV (integrated digital TV) which can also receive Freeview. For more information on aerials and reception click here.”

Some one should tell them that it turns analogue signals into digital!!!! – Mike

I’ve just checked my postcode on the new Freeview site and it told me that the service doesn’t cover my area. This is wierd as although I don’t actually have digital TV at home, I have seen DTT up and running in local shops (within 2min walk from home!) even before all the recent power upgrades!

Does anyone else recieve DTT even though the site says they shouldn’t?

P.S. Anyone else finding the new Freeview site sloooooooooooooooowwww?!

Does anyone know if there is an official web site yet for Freeview and if so what’s the address?

the dtg website

www.dtg.org.uk has added information about digital tv channel allocations on its retail page!

it has also removed the postcode checker, and if you click on thids link, it says that they are shortly updating it!

this could be very good news!!!!
