Just seen a promo for Green Wing on the preview channel but I can’t find it anywhere in TV Choice/4oD, any ideas?

I was half way through the series & now it’s vanished & i’m not at all happy .

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Virgin On Demand don’t appear to have put up any programmes for yesterday (Fri 23rd). It says “No programmes available – try next day.” Shome mishtake shurely?

…the Christmas episodes of things going on VOD???? I can’t remember, and my OH is asking me where I read it…

Sunday morning I ripped down an old fence and nicked the cable with my spade so phone out of order.

Late morning phoned Virgin faults and told them what I had done.

1:20 Bank Holiday afternoon chap turned up.

20 minutes later he had repaired the cable and buried it properly…….

Bet BT and Sky would be hard pressed to beat that for service.

I ordered a wireless router from VM before Christmas. They use UPS to courier it and if you are not able to take delivery in 3 attempts they return to sender. For various reasons I couldn’t, so bought one elsewhere and let them return it. A couple of bills came and no refund. Rang CS and got the brush off (takes a while/we have no way of knowing it’s been returned blah blah). Latest bill arrives, still nothing. E-mail them Friday night and get a reply today saying they’ve recredited my account with £47 (i’d only asked for £40 which was less the postage which I was happy to forgo).

First time i’ve e-mailed customer services and nice to know it works!

After ITV net player was rolled out to virgin v+ we were promised that there would be selesct shows in HD..well where are these shows? i cannot find them anywhere,all i can see is the normal itv shows.

Also we were promised 4 new HD cahennels about 3 months ago and were slated to appear by now but again nothing? any news on this?

I really want to try and get hold of a Grundig GDT1500 before Christmas but all the places I have tried have sold out. I tried Dixons (in Croydon and online), Curries (the same), Index, DigitalBoxShop (not sure what one they sell, there’s a picture of the GDT1000, but it’s marked GDT1000/1500?).

Any ideas would be really appreciated. Thanks

Got home from work today, when I switched to ITV (channel 3) I got the a couple of seconds of TV and then a blank screen, no sound and a Message saying “The ITV Text+ service is no longer available”

I didn’t even ask for TXT! If I press the TXT button I get another brief flash of TV and then the message again!!

I’ve tried turning the box off and on again but the same problem, all the other channels are OK.

What’s going on?
